This catalyst of 3-methy 1-phenyllphospholene-1-oxide is synthesized with several raw materials through complex reaction. It is mainly used for the modification of MDI a stabilizer to prevent from hydrolysis in the synthesis of mono carbonized diimine and multi carbonized imine, and is used in the synthesis process of new polyurethane foam with high hardness, low density and effective fire resistance. In general the used amount is only 2-5ppm when used for the modification of MDI. The liquefied technology is simple and the product is stable. The modified MDI is an aqueous liquid with low viscosity, high purity and light color. Indexes:M:192;MP:60-67.
